He And She(somewhere, Another Day)
Has the past grown old
If the clouds dried after the downpour
Burning like a forest fire was always my desire,
Spreading and wide
But when wind blows the ashes in orphaned strings,
I reign myself with a incomplete dream
She-What made you bid adieu me with smiles that you had never smiled before
He-Love that cannot let go can never make one stay, walls must be intense to the ground but also free and boundless for boundaries are illusions waiting to be broken, and Walls must love the prison as much as they love freedom
She- Tell me of your times thereafter
He- At each moment death and breath stood at crossroads,
In their midst it remained and smiling they walked hand in hand for breath knew many of its victories gone and to come and death knew that the last one would be its
She-I don't believe in dreams-
He-The charm of the thought that even the funerals of my dreams each morning are beautiful if I dreamt of you made me live and believe in many miracles
Dreams do come true…can I touch you once?
She-Did you wanted me close
He-I found you in the thousand drops of flashes of my lost dreams
And as I jotted down to form your face and they hurtled away into disappearance
Many farewells met many greetings and everything was colorful and sad
With curiosity melted in longing, I found you as the eighth color of every rainbow
as the flashes went on burying into my closest
she-what of Forgetting
did you
He-how shall I
She-If failed once by making one hundred tries
He-And after failure of one hundred times will you be there still to raise me to another single try, , , isn't a hundred just a wounded number, relished by fate
She-If there is will there is a way
He-Does not every lover wish to gift a Taj mahal
in this crowd of lovers then why does alone stands the tomb of wonder
She-We are bound, everyone has his reward
He-Can you bring an Oscar to repay the care of a mother
We are bound if we have chosen to be fooled
She-Perhaps I had made a choice for my fulfillment
He-Had you travelled to the lands of loneliness, you would have seen that in the fire of incomplete dreams burns a glow of living…
Reprise…
I was learning new gestures of good bye those days
You had met me for a change
In two pages we read two poems
One smiled and the other wept
And we...
…
We sighed…
For one said "I am your looking glass"
And the other said I am your reflection
Both of us wanted to say - goodbye,
Goodbye
In the looking glass I still try to learn new gestures
Do you also still listen to your reflection
Incessant drizzle drops of a rainy night
