Loving is tough,
But loosing
And
Trying to forget it
Is tougher.
Because,
This 'Hope' never dies

The feeling,
That
One day
They will just pick up that pen
And
Write back a long, loving, longing letter.
The feeling,
that
one day
they will
forgive your follies
And
Gather you back from where they left.
These feelings are
Because,
This Hope never dies

The feeling,
that
they might
one day
turn around
and
wave back
and
include you in their long run.
The feeling,
that
one day
they might
just reach out
And
Call you endearingly again
“Sweet heart”, “my love”
These feelings are
Because,
This Hope never dies

The feeling,
that
they might
one day
just walk in
Back into your life
Through that door
So tightly, mercilessly closed (that you keep eyeing all the time)
The feeling,
that
they might
one day
hold your hand,
look deep into your eyes
and
wisper again
those exclusive three words
(“I love you”.)
These feelings are
Because,
This Hope never dies.

Wake up, fellas
To smell the coffee (possibly with a piece of chocolate cake)
These are dreams
Bubbles on top of
A roaring stream.(they don’t have a future)

I know
You tried hard
possibly
Even harder
But
What to do
this silly
Hope never dies (nice blame game) .

Loving is tough,
But loosing
And
Trying to forget it
Is tougher.
