I wished I had called to see if you were OK
But I was so caught up in my life
To even worry about your.

I wished I had been there for you
But I was to busy drinking
To even worry about you.

I wished I had cared more
But all I wanted was to escape
Even from you

I wished I had taken you seriously
But you tend to lie a lot
And I couldn't take you seriously

I wished I had told you I felt the same way
But I didn't want anyone to know I was in pain
Not even you

I wished you didn't feel like it was something you had to do
I wished you would of never pulled that trigger that night
I wished you could come back

I wished I told you that I loved you
But all theses excuses I make and wishes
Won't change the fact that your gone.
