Mother Chicken
Kut, kut, kwee, kwee, she calls
Chicks run to mother, and flap their wings
The mother, pecks and scratches ground for worms
Kut, kut, kwee, kwee, a sweet mother's sign
They hop, dance, jump and run in delight
A day is made, with a lovely mother's sign.
Kut, kut, kwee, kwee, on the ground she scratches
Kwi, kwi, merrily they've pecked for worms
Happy under shade, they are covered under wings.
