Just For Fun List
Oh, I love the sea so much
I could have been a mermaid!
But then the people would laugh much
To see me topless, I'm afraid.
I'd love to climb the mountains
But I'm so scared of heights,
My aging knees would cry in pain
Before I get to see the sights.
I'd like to scuba dive someday
Perhaps in deep sea, snorkel -
But killer sharks are out today
It's best I stay in, oh well!
I'd like to ride the gondolas
Or surf the waves of Queensland,
In Mexico break some pinatas
Pick tulips in far Holland.
I'm starting on this bucket list
For fun, in case I have to go,
It's no big deal, I do not insist
If it does not happen so.
