Was it the twist of Fate
Or a wink of Destiny
Or the humor of fleeting Chance
That Love brought you to me?
It was a time of sadness
And this heart had so much pain
But you came and filled it with gladness
Yes, to love again was not in vain.
The second Love they say is best
Now I believe that is really true
And all my hurts were put to rest
For you came... just when I needed you!
