I've Come To Know
There is one thing I've come to know
You can visit the past
But you can't bring it home
For time makes changes to everything
What was once shinny is now dull
Strong feellings become after thoughts
Love becomes caring
Hope for something better
Now turns to complacency
Though things are changed we see them as they were
For we do not want to let go
Of the dreams that never came are way
