Song on Divine Love
There cannot be a love,
More steadfast than Thine!
There cannot be a God,
More loving than mine!
Lord Jesus Christ who died
On the cross for us,
Redeemed sinners on earth,
Giving heaven's bliss!
O let me give thanks, praise
To Lord God Most high!
Let me ask pardon, grace,
Before I must die!
For, Jesus is my friend
Until the world's end;
He will judge all mankind,
My life, I'll amend!
