You talk to me of pain
Of love, lust and hate.

You talk to me of eternity,
Of death, hell, and frivolity.
.
You talk to me of yesterday,
Of regrets, of past mistakes.
.
You talk to me of religion,
Of God, and the power of institution.
.
You talk to me of right and wrong
of man's folly, and the the destruction in war.
.
You Talk to me of Heavenly,
Of law, love and poverty.
.
In the creeks, another family,
Abandoned, wallowing in penury.
.
Another mother and child, dying in need
Of leaders, with empty promises
.
Brothers, these are the things,
That kills our beloved country.
