Live in the Moment
Listen, feel, love completely;
Absorb, enjoy oh so sweetly.
Nothing exists but right now.
Show the world you know how.
Immersed, focused, involved;
Sad moments will be resolved
Just as joyous times go fast,
Sad’s shadow will lose its cast.
It’s but a moment all will live,
So leave an imprint that will give
Your signature on the past
So your moments now will last.
