Case of Butterflies brought back to life
From your case of butterflies,
Beautifully preserved butterflies,
You choose which one
Tonight;
And night by night
You give them breath,
You give them flight
Of ideas and words,
By blowing them out
Into the atmosphere,
Like fireflies one by one;
Each one different
But one source,
Covertly relieving you
Of your curse.
