Once INTERLOCKED
Fingers clasped together;
hearts intertwined.
Bodies next to each other,
our lips unite...
your stares ignite
my mind's silent prayer.
Dreams of forever;
past left behind.
Thinking now or never,
our tongues combine
your love divine...
melting my heart over.
Nothing between us,
none other else.
My heart knows you only,
waiting for the bells
to ring and bind our souls as one;
yet your heart only tells
sweet lies, but oh so bitter lies -
and so I set me free.
