Smile

Smile,
on your darkest days,
smile,
on your brightest days.

Why would you let a day,
waste away,
while you just,
sit there and sulk?

What sense does that make,
there will always be,
a reason for you,
to find a smile to wear.

Why wouldn't you smile?
Today is a new day,
it doesn't hold the pains,
that yesterday did.

So promise me this,
no matter what life hands you,
you accept it,
with a smile.
