Tai Chi.

Tai Chi is a mixture of meditation and slow movements
Teaching us patients, calmness and persistents.
Adding some of the TAO's teaching,
It can bring flexibility, strength and well being.

Personally I choose this kind of activity,
Which calms the mind, the body & make ready for eternity.
Gently healing all organs & muscles what I have in & outside,
Going through this existence we need such a guide.

Anyway, according to the old masters teaching
Our bodies are the temples of God, our duty is caring.
We must take the best care as long as we are here,
Never abuse it, then to the Truth we will be near.
