Few Hours At Their Disposal to Doze

Work involved was discovered,
For the many of them...
Doing things on a whim!

It isn't as easy as 'making' a baby.
Or turning on one's TV.
Those things done with little effort.
As one in minutes...
Or seconds becomes pleased.

A production is easier to take,
From the outside looking in!
It is not as easy as critiquing.
And that seems to be done quicker,
Than one can sip tea.
Although impatiently waiting,
For this to be prepared to one's taste.
As one hopes it would be

It isn't nearly as easy as it is,
To sit and wish.
Or complain as someone else does it.
It may look easy to supervise.
But it isn't.
Laziness is quick to detect.
No rest here is involved.
At all.

To accomplish something requires work.
With a 'w' connected to the O, R and K.
And if one wishes to produce dreams...
One day it will be realized,
Dreams that come to life...
Do not flow freely as if water in a stream.
Or from a tap to drip!
Nor do they come to a baited hook,
Upon the sight of it.
For one with no patience to fish.

And many are left sitting with their visions.
'I 'almost' caught one THIS big.'

If one wishes to succeed...
They must also prepare to sweat and bleed.
And show that with little effort!
That's the 'key' of it if it is a desired wish.

If not?
Folks with no experience,
Should keep their mouths closed.
But they don't.

Those who wish to succeed,
Have few hours at their disposal to doze.
OR snack happily in between commercials shown.
'Are you in the kitchen?
Do you mind bringing me a beer?
And a sandwich with lettuce and tomatos.
If there is chips...
Bring those too! '

To complete is to 'doing'
As that is to getting something done.
Usually with less lip.
And likely with far less tongue!
For the one who knows what it takes...
To break a sweat without regret.
Even if that should require one to run.

'Don't try to tell me how to raise my children! '

~I'm not trying to tell you how to do that at all.
However,
If they insist on playing in my backyard...
'You' teach them how to mow my grass.~
