Footprints
FOOTPRINTS
In the journey of my life's ups and downs
You accompany me and guide me
With my burdened heart
I see your footprints left in the sand
The footprints you leave behind
Encourage me to go on
My prayers flow like tears
Watching your presence left in the sand
And your care imprinted in my heart
I know you have carried me
My footprints I cannot see
You want me to be happy, fulfilled and free
To complete the works you have begun on me.
