Goodbye
Goodbye my love
I wish you well
I wish that had not gone to hell
I love you dear
I love you so
Why am I such a useless fool?
I need you near
I need you now
I cannot stand that I have fouled
what was so pure so clean and profound
It's at an end
where go I now?
I'll love you till the end of time
Can you forgive me for my crime?
Don't forget the love I have
It's the truest love a man has felt.
I am no use
Far too many a screw are loose
I'll always dream of your sweet hand
Guiding me through distant lands
Holding eachother through the treacherous storms
That threaten to harm and make conform
Goodbye my dear
I want you near
Maybe one day we'll have what's needed here
I love you so
It is the truth I hope that you'll always love me too.
