Maddening on and on,
going nowhere
We're only awake and alive
While asleep deep
within our dreams

Cain't be blue
in four/four too
frustrated...
equated...
divided...
Shucked and shelled, too!
Trying to find my way
instead
Finding ways that come trying
Seems that all the warm
nights are held tightly
in memories that cain't
be forgotten and
don't want to be
