Woes Versus Rues III
On the other hand she says
"You are not just a friend…"
Her distant breath weaving warmth
"You are a family."
across the oceanic miles
But what is a family?
And what is a friend?
I felt a cold crawl up my spine
But I shrug it off and avoided
To ask which is more likely
To be ephemeral
Perhaps it was all surmised.
