A Knight's Discovery
A handsome knight wandered
alone through the woods
on his loyal steed
with only the glow
of the full moon
and the chirping of the crickets
to the land of dreams
not sure of where he is
for he had lost his way
when entranced by the elves
in the enchanted forest
the ones with the magic potion
who search for gold
and capture fair maidens
when they lose their way
they love to cause trouble
for anyone wandering alone
through the forest
from the far distance
he was happy to see the glow
of the sparkling castle by the sea
