Woman
Adam woke up to find her by his side,
But just wondering, what she's been doing,
While he was asleep, with nothing to hide?
Moses wrote none. So dropp the foregoing.
She hanged gardens, Babylon, not Eden,
Once, the object of war, remember Troy?
Kind and cruel, from fairy tales, to then,
Myths of goddesses, who care or destroy.
She's remembered by her sword, or her smile,
Can or might, rule a kingdom, or the king,
Among her feats, being all so worthwhile,
Is to rock the cradle, or carry the string.
Being known as weak, is her protection,
Her tenderness, the weapon to conquer,
Life with her is Hell, some men did mention,
But then, could they have Heaven without her?
