Hopping and skipping
Do things as well as possible
Instead of as fast as possible.
Don't do two things at a time
And do one thing with mind on it.
It's not the hare turning a snail
But the snail not turning a hare.
Have a stroll instead of a gallop.
Hopping is equal to skipping.
