Only A Ghost
These days I spend alone
with only a memory
of you in my head
remembering you here with me
when we use to have a home
But what use to be
is now only a ghost
of a past long ago
before I had to let you go
Like every Angel
with your wings spread
reaching for the sky
it was time for you to fly
