International law for humanitarian treatment of
victims of war as 90% in Guantanamo proved to be.

Fact! The Geneva Convention agreements of 1949
negotiated in the aftermath of World War II updated
the terms of the first three treaties and added a fourth.

Fact! Articles defined the basic rights of those captured
during a military conflict, establishing protections for
the wounded, and addressing protections for civilians.

“The treaties of 1949 were ratified, in whole or with
reservations, by 194 countries” including the USA Mr Bush.

Placing Guantanamo outside the United States to avoid
violating American laws, while deliberately violating
international law, and Geneva Conventions, sends a strong

message to the free world; spelling out meaning of Bush
new world order, and foolish contempt of world opinion.
Arrogant is a word, reserved for illegal, fuel war in Iraq.

When deliberately targeting infrastructure, hospitals
electricity water schools, non-military targets, a word
for the wise. This does not win hearts and minds, but

individuals; communities, governments, nations
globally, observe infrastructure is deliberately
destroyed; selection fixed to suppress control demoralize.

Soon such policies Guantanamo abuses
are compared to a few little sentences
Mr Bush Pentagon staff should have read.

Protected persons are entitled, in all circumstances, to respect for their persons, their honour, their family rights, their religious convictions and practices, and their manners and customs. They shall at all times be humanely treated, and shall be protected especially against all acts of violence or threats thereof and against insults and public curiosity. Women shall be especially protected against any attack on their honour, in particular against rape, enforced prostitution, or any form of indecent assault. You might want to consider the wording of the Third Geneva

Convention, relative to Treatment of Prisoners of War (1929) .
And the Fourth Geneva Convention, relative to the Protection of
Civilian Persons, in Time of War (1949) for policy violations.

Cause maybe your proudly worded war on terror, is perceived
as a symbol of America's indiscriminate abuse of Muslims,
maybe its fanning the flames, of anti-Americanism around the

world; maybe its Al-Qaida’s best global recruiting advertisement;
maybe your policies Mr Bush, are a threat to national security,
maybe closing schools libraries building prisons; is a bad idea.

Remember when you loved Al-Qaida, trained them, gave them,
Weapons; to fight the Russians, you feared for all those years?
Maybe giving them a few hospitals, schools, as a small token

of appreciation, instead of abandoning them; to poverty would
have been good policy, instead of making them next enemy?

But then America has committed, no Grave breaches, of the
Geneva Convention, has it? “Not all violations of the treaty
are treated equally.” “The most serious crimes are termed

grave breaches, and provide a legal definition of a war crime.”
“Grave breaches of the Third and Fourth Geneva Conventions
include the following acts if committed against a(ny) person

protected by the convention: willful killing, torture or inhuman
treatment... willfully causing great suffering or serious injury
to body or health willfully depriving one of the right to a fair trial”

Oh dear Al-Qaida is entitled to a fair trial, after only nine years?
Oh dear snap snap snap! But warfare has changed dramatically!
Nope! The Geneva Conventions of 1949 are “considered the
cornerstone of contemporary International Humanitarian Law.”

Al-Qaida combatants, who are hors de combat,

Party; that would be America! It protects Iraqi
Civilians, caught up in de zone of war. These
treaties are valid, for all recent international,

armed conflicts, including the War in Afghanistan
(2001–present) , the 2003 invasion of Iraq, and the
continuing subsequent occupation of oil oil oil. Oh

dear Mr Bush, let me explain this; your policies are
apparently evidently, a threat to the nation of America’s
national security interest; and you have been charged

with serious war crimes. Look up the charges posted
against you on the internet. In war you are the terror!
You have been charged with crimes against humanity!

Your not above common law, International Law, or God’s
Law! Judgment comes to all men, all nations in due time!
International good will, was once a prized, playing card!
