No sleep for sinners
He lived his life on his own
Now he’s destined to die alone
The recurring dreams of his crime
Back again one final time
To remember it all is what he needs
To save himself from those sinful deeds
He thinks of all the children lost
Back there in hell, that holocaust
Whenever he slept they were in his dreams
Through the night he would hear their screams
Like a thousand crying souls rising from the dead
Like a thousand dying orphans who hunger to be fed
These terrors plagued him late at night
Under the covers gripping tight
In the morning begging please
I cannot take more dreams like these
Why do these souls plague me so
Can I save them now I do not know
Am I to old to change things now
What would I do, just tell me how
Leave me alone when I close my eyes
Find someone else to terrorize
All he wants is to rest in peace
Free from all bad dreams like these
