Sad To Happy
In throws of depression
my bedroom window became salvation
such a simple object
held such wonderess images
Sun bright and inviting
grass plush and comforting
flowers colorfull and full of life
a bunny hopping ears long, its stride majestic
My depression on hold
for how can I be so sad
in a world this beautiful
Trees with arms reacing for blue skies
childern with enough energy to light a city
a ice cream truck singing and waiting to dispense it wonders
My smile regained
I turn depressed know more
and head for the world
with hope
and a thirst
for all its glorys
