This Is It
My moment of truth yet to be revealed
This is it, rings this crazy night…
I could find him anywhere I look
On every leaf's water tip,
In fountains, in their revelry
I can learn to finally sleep warm
On our mingled breathe
Like music in exhilaration, soaring bird heights
Drumbeats on every heart's thud
He is my euphoria, he bends every rule
Just as I break everything he once was
We romance life and ride every wave
Its sometimes him and other times me
In every single molecule that we encompass
Our signature presence inside each other
Some moments we die, and I see my truth
In his beautiful eyes so reluctant to reveal
I am everything he is, I walk alone with him…
