I Feel Your Pain
I don't know why
But I feel your pain
Maybe because I too
Was left out in the rain
The rain of life
That drains the soul
Leaving nothing
But a big empty hole
You try and try
With all your might
To fill it up
Grabbing at anything that might
Make you feel whole again
Then you realize after all of the pain
That God wasn't the one
That made you feel the pain
It was the people all around you
That made you feel that way
For the God I know is a loving God
Forgiving not hurtful God
Giving of His love
