A Girl In Hell
A girl was bathing in hell
Said she wanted me dead
So I could be with her in hell
The words she had said
Kept reverberating in my head
Give in to lust, she had said
Let not your world be lost
For Heaven knows we'll soon be dust
And your world will all be gone.
What could it all mean?
This girl I see in my dreams
And yet I do not know
I have wondered to a world unknown
This imagination in my mind have I create
I drowse and I slumber yet I do not sleep
Is this another fantasy of my dream?
She had come and gone with my love
Those hurtful moment I felt I could cry
I could find no tears, I only heaved a sigh
I want to be righteous, I want to fly with Christ
But this girl keeps bringing me back to my vice.
