On Return
Wearily, she puts down her bags.
She surveys the scene;
Another year,
A new class.
Yet, old friends
Have been working fervently
Since she left on sabbatical
So long ago.
At last, she smiles,
She surveys the scene;
Yes, it's going to be
An interesting year.
