Pretend (Sorrow Poem)
Close your eyes and see the endless sea of black rain
Listen as the waves crash on the shore of your life
Smile and make believe when you are crying inside
Think of who you damage beyond repair by your pain
Pretend you are happy when you are feeling blue -
It isn’t hard to do.
