From the flickering screen to the eye of my eye of the world
I see the dance of old children around a ring of fire
They swarm downtown as ambassadors of Reichstag ghost
Piling debris of the streets into aluminum pyres
Where black smokes in vigor in the war of Childs play
Leading plagues of amber flames that erase all false remorse
Rehearse well for reason: say it's for losing the game
Guilt washed from their faces as they entertain a savage choir
Riot - ignites Pandora's Box of treats
Her final secret unwrapped the cellophane teats
Riot - assemble the horseman's chariot
Let them carpool in masse as they scourge Vancouver's streets
Two Escalades asphyxiate in pool charred embers
Smoke escapes from a nightmare in sky that foreign
Telephoned skyped from Kandahar province
You can't tell the difference between terrorist or prep kids
Accept their conflict is nothing in an armistice of leisure
We got rebels in khakis with orthopedic shoes
designer T shirts purchased at Steve and Berries
Fighting not for a faith but the apathy of youth
Guilt soaks their actions for their adolescent ways
Riot - assimilate the sheep into wolves
Packs run amuck when the shepherds fail to judge
Riot - Reflects the mirror of Shiva's Cloth
Creation bares marks for life's agents to Damage
Maybe they should use this chance
to march on City hall
Instead of using it as opportunity
to vandalize some luxury malls
Their making it a hell just to walk down the street
But they don't even bother to pick a fight with Harpers sheiks
Retaliate against the new Cons senate
or Joe Flaherty's austere amendments
Our nation crumbles to our leader's follies
But we have the Nikos in Molson Stanley Cup rebellion
