Stress and Headache Free
I am stress and headache free.
To peace I'm dedicated.
Stress and headache free.
To peace I'm dedicated.
I am stress and headache free.
To peace I'm dedicated.
No more nodding medicated.
Or allowing to berated.
I am stress and headache free.
To peace I'm dedicated.
Stress and headache free.
To peace I'm dedicated.
I am stress and headache free.
To peace I'm dedicated.
Dues I had I paid it.
I feel today elated.
I am stress and headache free.
To peace I'm dedicated.
Stress and headache free.
To peace I'm dedicated.
I am stress and headache free.
To peace I'm dedicated.
I'm happy that I've made it.
And there's nothing complicated!
Oh, I'm stressing headache free.
To peace I'm dedicated.
Yes I'm stress and headache free.
To peace I'm dedicated.
I am stress and headache free.
To peace I'm dedicated.
I am happy that I've made it.
There is nothing complicated!
No more nodding medicated.
Or allowing to berated.
Dues I had I paid it.
I feel today elated.
I'm now more animated.
I'm now more animated.
I'm now more animated.
And my life can be paraded.
Since inside I'm illuminated!
Since inside I'm illuminated!
Since inside I'm illuminated!
Since inside I'm illuminated!
I am stress and headache free.
To peace I'm dedicated.

Medicated Head
It seems more than not,
That something blown out of the box...
Starts over nothing.
To leave one's peace disrupted.
And people deciding that conflicts fit,
With an advantage that provides benefits.
Can a life be lived enjoyed,
With a medicated head that's ripped.
Can a life be lived enjoyed,
Pretending none of this exists.
Can a life be lived enjoyed,
Drifting high and strickly blissed...
With,
A medicated head instead.
And...
Playing possum as if dead.
Can a life be lived enjoyed,
With a medicated head instead.
Can one's life be lived enjoyed...
Playing possum as if one's dead.
Ripped and blissed...
Can a medicated head stay fed.
To be,
Ripped and blissed...
Will a medicated head wish no repair.
It seems more than not,
That something blown out of the box...
Starts over nothing.
To leave one's peace disrupted.
And people deciding that conflicts fit,
With an advantage that provides benefits.
Can a life be lived enjoyed,
With a medicated head that's ripped.
Can a life be lived enjoyed,
Pretending none of this exists.
To be,
Ripped and blissed...
Will a medicated head really care.
To be,
Ripped up and blissed...
Will a medicated head prefer to stay there.
Ripped up and blissed!
To be...
Ripped and blissed!

Pre-Medicated
Looking around and observing those once inflated,
By temptations that elated.
And draped some with sugarplumes on their plate!
And couldn't wait to prance around...
With easily obtained 'things' either given or found,
To satiate a frosting licked...
Off an everlasting cake!
Almost!
They received a 'breezy' coasting to boast!
And they did...
Until their glides hit thorns with splinters on skids.
Turning a boasted lust into toast!
Pre-medicated.
From a charaded fate.
It seems today heartbreak is the maker.
It has taken too long,
For my peace of mind to come.
And I am surprised I have not run...
From all the moaning around me,
Being done!
Pre-medicated,
From dismissed drips.
Sobbing to rob a smile from a grinner.
This happy frame of mind is mine to keep.
My bubble didn't pop on me...
To find my pockets emptied deep.
With creditors hounding me out of a peaceful sleep.
Weeping bluesy party poopers,
Losing treasures from them...
To find themselves now in and on the streets.
And that ain't pretty!
Especially if you had been one of those...
Who laughed at others and showed no pity,
Walking around in tattered clothes...
Among the exposed in urban cities.
Pre-medicated.
From a charaded fate.
It seems today heartbreak is the maker.
It has taken too long,
For my peace of mind to come.
And I am surprised I have not run...
From all the moaning around me,
Being done!
And what they 'had' they bragged was high class.
Either leased or rented...
They then had the cash!

Peace (oh my)
Peace

Peace (it's what I pray for)
Peace (oh my)
Peace
Peace (hurry)
Come on in this house children
The war has started
Light the candles right now
It's about to be darkness, oh yeah
There's no telling when the sun will shine again, no
When it's over there's a question asked
Who wins? Who wins?

Through the land (ooh)
Spirit of peace (ooh)

There's people out there dying, oh
With so much wealth in the land
Why is this thing staving? Oh
As I look over this place
There's so much hatred
If I could I'd pack my bags
And hitch hike to heaven, yeah

All through the land (ooh)
Won't you move (ooh)

Inside My Head
Every time you think of me like your goddamn trophy
It just pushes me away
Pushes me away
I never said that I'd make you mine
Why do you insist on pushing all the time
I know it's not my vivid imagination
Telling you lies
Telling you lies
It's funny how you found the time
To expose yourself and be another one of these
Psychos all around me
Psychos all around me
Like to say my head's not right
My head's not right
Medicated aren't we all
Turning into you
Got me crazed with what you do
Inside my head there's a vision of you
And nothing's changing
Nothing's changing
I want to run away
And you says it's alright
I want to run away
Walk away
Just go
I think you're pushing, pushing
To seek and discover to notice you're different than all the rest
Kepp telling me to ask why
Would it really hurt you to leave me alone sometimes
To seek and discover your genius uncovered
Your pain
Nothing's changing
Nothing's changing
Medicated aren't we all
Turn me into you
Got me crazed with what you do
Inside my head there's a vision of you
And nothing's changing
Nothing's changing
I want to run away
And you says it's alright
I want to run away
Pushing me away
Pushing me away
Pushing me away
Pushing me, pushing me
Pushing me
Medicated aren't we all
Turning into you
Got me crazed with what you do

Don't Treat Me Evil
You may not,
Like what you've got.
But...
Even when you're medicated,
You can be evil.
You may not,
Like what you've got.
But...
Even when you're medicated,
You can be evil.
I don't want to be around you,
When you get evil.
I know you are ailing and you're sick,
But...
You can get evil.
I know you don't complain...
But when you do,
You're so evil.
I try to keep my patience,
But you keep being evil.
You may not,
Like what you've got.
But...
Even when you're medicated,
You can be evil.
I try to keep my patience,
But...
You can be evil.
I know you're feeling sick,
But do you have to be evil.
I know you're ill and feeling it.
But,
You can be evil.
Even when you're medicated,
You can be evil.
I know you're feeling sick,
But do you have to be evil.
I know you're ill and feeling it.

Your Fears
Reaching to seek what is imagined mythically,
And worshipped to seduce fears...
If one doesn't live within restrictions to adhere.
With a loyality specific to something symbolically,
Endeared.
Promotes division and undecisiveness,
To market a decadence pocketed by deceivers.
And taunting those believers who can not sleep.
Your fears,
Keep you medicated and doped up.
Your fears,
Keep you agitated and stuck in ruts.
Your fears,
Keeps your back shoved up against a wall...
To sob over troubles with an instant recall.
Your fears,
Keep you medicated and doped up.
Your fears,
Keep you agitated and stuck in ruts.
Your fears,
Keeps your back shoved up against a wall...
To sob over troubles with an instant recall.
Reaching to seek what is imagined mythically,

If one doesn't live within restrictions to adhere.

Keep you medicated and doped up.
Your fears,
Keep you agitated and stuck in ruts.
Your fears,
Keeps your back shoved up against a wall...

Muito Obrigado My God
Muito obrigado my God
For the last days of summer
That were full of sunshine
They were enough to take my breath away
Muito obrigado my God
For giving me the time to be on my own
Muito obrigado my God
For keeping your eyes on me
Muito obrigado my God
For giving me back the energy that I needed
To live every summer
Muito obrigado my God
For the beautiful sky that you created
So that birds and men, like snow birds, can fly
In the air
Muito obrigado my God
For the bible that you wrote
Many years ago
Muito obrigado my God
For allowing me to be your poet
Muito obrigado my God
For the oceans that you created
So that boats could travel all over the world
To deliver food and other goods
Muito obrigado my God
For trusting me
Because you know by now
That I trust you
Muito obrigado my God
For allowing me to see a clear picture of the city
That I live in
And some areas that I walk on don't look that great
I had never seen so many homeless
Sleeping on the streets
- I understand that my case is different from them
Muito obrigado my God
For being there for me
When I am feeling down
And you give me a boost - right away
Just like lightning over my body
Then it takes time for me to realize that I am fine
And alive again
Muito obrigado my God
For the days that are coming
Because
I understand that I have to be prepared for them
Muito obrigado my God
For the singers that are available in the world
Because I know that without music
It would be impossibe to live

Big Tall Man
Im a big, tall man
I cut the grass
My left eye hurts
I am waiting and reading parts
I can be a complicated communicator
Yes, Im winning, spinning
I feel energy being pulled off from all sides
And it feels good
Like relieving a headache
Zeus and athens
Florida driveway
Asphalt and tires
Sand and the beach
Rocker panel
Headlights in the dark
I am drag racing
Drag
Yes, Im winning, spinning
I feel energy being pulled off from all sides
And it feels good
Like relieving a headache
Yes, Im winning, spinning
I feel energy being pulled off from all sides
And it feels good
Like relieving a headache
Fog and the distance beyond it
Boats and the quiet morning noises
Im walking the shoreline
A beer and a cigarette
A bug with twitching antennae
A button-up short sleeved shirt
Yes, Im winning, spinning
I feel energy being pulled off from all sides
And it feels good
Like relieving a headache
Im a big, tall man
I cut the grass
My left eye hurts
I can be a complicated communicator
Yes, Im winning, spinning
I feel energy being pulled off from all sides
And it feels good
Like relieving a headache

One Less Headache
Well it's just a simple fact I
Need to have another drink or two to move on
And then ya won't matter at all
Well it's just a simple fact I
Need to lose you as a ball and chain and move on
And then ya won't matter at all
Wanted to believe
Wanted to believe in something
Now you're one less headache left at home
Wanted to believe
Wanted to believe in something
Now you're one less headache left at home
And now all that's left is
Shattered glass and some broken dreams for all
It really doesn't matter at all
Now that it's all said and done I
Had to have another drink for you and move on
And now you don't matter at all
Wanted to believe
Wanted to believe in something
Now you're one less headache left at home
Wanted to believe
Wanted to believe in something
Now you're one less headache left at home
Wanted to believe
Wanted to believe in something
Now you're one less headache left at home
Wanted to believe
Wanted to believe in something
Now you're one less headache left at home
Left at home
Believe in something
Now you're one less headache left at home

Tell All Stress to Beat It
Do not release from you the need,
To uncover opportunity.
That which is within your reach.
Seek that life you wish to live!
Awaken from sleep to realize your dreams.
Keep real those dreams you feel.
Just know your dreams are real.
Keep real those dreams you feel!
And tell all stress to beat it!
Keep real those dreams you feel.
Just know your dreams are real.
Keep real those dreams you feel!
And tell all stress to leave from your home.
Do not release from you the need,
To uncover opportunity.
That which is within your reach.
Seek that life you wish to live!
Awaken from sleep to realize your dreams.
Keep real those dreams you feel!
And tell all stress to leave you.
Keep real those dreams you feel!
And tell all stress to leave you alone!
Don't dare condone it.
Keep real those dreams you feel!
Make it known you're through moaning.
Keep real those dreams you feel!
Show those dreams you claim and own.
And tell all stress to beat it.
You tell that stress to leave you alone!
Keep real those dreams you feel!
And tell all stress to beat it.
You tell that stress to leave you alone!
It's just that simple.
You tell that stress to beat it.
Tell all stress to leave you alone!
It's just that simple.
Yes!
You tell that stress to beat it.
Tell all stress to leave from your home!

It's Been...Too Long, A Wait For Me
If you want romance,
Is there still a chance...
You could slip away,
From your quick and grab it habits...
And be fully medicated.
If you want romance,
Is there still a chance...
You could slip away,
From your quick and grab it habits...
And be fully medicated.
It's been...
Too long,
A wait for me.
I feel I should grab to have it.
It's been...
Too long,
A wait for me.
I feel I should grab to have it.
If you want romance,
Is there still a chance...
You could slip away,
From your quick and grab it habits...
And be fully medicated.
It's been...
Too long a wait for me.
Do I stand a chance?
It's been...
Too long,
A wait from me.
Could there be romance,
To have our hearts continue dancing?
It's been...
Too long,
A wait for me.
And my heart is mended now,
With no sorrows that I borrow.
Or drag in to meet tomorrow.
It's been...

The Auction Sale
Within the great grey flapping tent
The damp crowd stood or stamped about;
And some came in, and some went out
To drink the moist November air;
None fainted, though a few looked spent
And eyed some empty unbought chair.
It was getting on. And all had meant
Not to go home with empty hands
But full of gain, at little cost,
Of mirror, vase, or vinaigrette.
Yet often, after certain sales,
Some looked relieved that they had lost,
Others, at having won, upset.
Two men from London sat apart,
Both from the rest and each from each,
One man in grey and one in brown.
And each ignored the others face,
And both ignored the endless stream
Of bed and bedside cabinet,
Gazing intent upon the floor,
And they were strangers in that place.
Two other men, competing now,
Locals, whom everybody knew,
In shillings genially strove
For some small thing in ormolu.
Neither was eager; one looked down
Blankly at eighty-four, and then
Rallied again at eighty-eight,
And took it off at four pounds ten.
The loser grimly shook his fist,
But friendly, there was nothing meant.
Little gained was little missed,
And there was smiling in the tent.
The auctioneer paused to drink,
And wiped his lips and looked about,
Engaged in whispered colloquoy
The clerk, who frowned and seemed to think,
And murmured: "Why not do it next?"
The auctioneer, though full of doubt,
Unacquiescent, rather vexed,
At last agreed, and at his sign
Two ministrants came softly forth
And lifted in an ashen shroud
Something extremely carefully packed,
Which might have been some sort of frame,
And was a picture-frame in fact.

It's Like That
There were many shadows,
From time to time...
In my mind,
Just hiding there...
In those crevices and cracks.
There were many shadows,
Wearing hats and caps...
And their faked grins...
Following me,
Like that.
There were many shadows,
Seen in my mind.
Shadows I'd see behind,
Other shadows...
Keeping me awake.
I could not shake them.
With messages to deliver.
Messages for me...
To pay attention.
And...
That's a fact.
People get the message,
Just like that.
And berate it with attitude.
People get the message,
Like that.
People get the message,
Like that.
Yet berated it with attitude.
And...
It's like that.
Open your eyes to facts.
And, it's like that.
That's a fact.
Wishing to stay abused and confused...
There are people just like that.
And that's a fact.
People get the message,
Just like that.
But they believe that they can pay...
To have things done their way,
And...
People get the message,
Just like that.

Peace Came
When peace came,
I showered under streaming light
- Silent, settling -
Effectuating over all -
The reassurance drunk
From Mother Nature's breast.
And rays channeled through
The greys of ancient gloom
That paste the hopelessness of
Dying on the battlefield or
The losing out upon a risk
In love;
Byes to precious life
(A husband, child, a wife) :
Or failure:
Crashed careers; bleak depression,
The fallen - ruined, spurned -
Covered in veneers of rasping blight.
When peace came, a gate begged
A gentle path inviting me to
Stroll through verdant fields of spring,
Bristling with a bouncing life
Of colour; flowers cheering to
The air ‘We have a chance in nature! '
When peace came, my addled head was
Reconciling, airing, ringing true -
The sense of crushing pressure dead;
Instead, I flamed a faith anew!
When peace came, I saw our youth
Inside a multicultural womb; our
Death was pointing to a proud
And glorious tomb engraved with words of
Freedom for the soul that was when
Once a body whence it thrived.
When peace came, there happened you -
A fragrance dancing ‘gainst a new and
Frightened innocence of beauty
- Eyes ready; slender arms of care -
A tender skin to be caressed.
And we were blessed by starting fresh
In rhythms of pervading warmth;

In court today
In court today!
Today I go to court to see
How justice defies reality
How Me and the Law exploit women so
Especially if their Mothers, wife's and daughters
Oh what a mess our society has become
We disregard the rights of everyone
The mighty dollar is our God
And all of us are put at odds
With holiday's to spend and own
With families shattered to the bone
With the rich dictating what is right
With so many believing that it's a blight
Oh why don't we all once take a stand
And ask for a world that's more human
Because we are all left to rely
On trusting each other the rest of our lives
Is it really so hard to understand
that we are much more than a sexual gland
With every one allowing moral to be floored
Because of some music saying it is adored
I really can't see why we let our art
tear out our beliefs in being humane from the start
Freedom of speech is a beautiful thing
But so are our right to to abort violent scenes
So down with the things that inhibit our growth
and maturation as a being with hope
And let us all bring back the laws of the land
That protect and preserve our rights to be human
No more allowing the guilty to simply walk free
No more allowing the innocent to be treated dirty
No more being a place where the criminal abides
No more allowing the wicked to wreck all of our lives
So as I sit down in the court house today
I extend this prayer in almost every way
To all of those who believe that we can be
A place where morality is our reality!

Mystics Contemplate The Perfection Of Mary
there are mystics born knowing shadows
there are mystics esoteric knowledge trained
mystics visionary attain redeemed harmony
a new state to replace perfect an original state
of Edenic innocence a new state allowing God
new redeemed individual birth creation souls
self-awareness interacting with a creation
both part of and distinct from Father fire
Christ light Holy Spirit living principle a
divine life infusing God interactive in flesh
allowing free will to become the most important
gift God gives to creation humanity allowing
each individual human being to seek divine
grace as a deliberate choice while still allowing
humans to remain individuals as God offers
parent love to humanity an incarnation Christ
shares our suffering as God bears a suffering
incorporate now a necessary part of creation
in Christ a new harmony became possible
Son of God became human through a Virgin
Mary like all other women born human in
flesh subject to sin elected through grace to
inherit a sinless state Mary did not transform
the Word the Word transformed child Mary
Holy Spirit came down upon was poured out upon
Mary as Holy Spirit upon all reborn true Christians
is poured out for the will the glory of our Father God
First stanza quoted from the poem ‘Mystics Redeemed Attain Harmony’ by Terence George Craddock. For a reference to the power of interactive Holy Spirit read Luke 1: 26-34, Matthew 1: 18-25, John: 1: 9-17, Acts 2: 1 18.

Dedicated Follower Of Fashion
They seek him here, they seek him there,
His clothes are loud, but never square.
It will make or break him so hes got to buy the best,
cause hes a dedicated follower of fashion.
And when he does his little rounds,
round the boutiques of london town,
Eagerly pursuing all the latest fads and trends,
cause hes a dedicated follower of fashion.
Oh yes he is (oh yes he is), oh yes he is (oh yes he is).
He thinks he is a flower to be looked at,
And when he pulls his frilly nylon panties right up tight,
He feels a dedicated follower of fashion.
Oh yes he is (oh yes he is), oh yes he is (oh yes he is).
Theres one thing that he loves and that is flattery.
One week hes in polka-dots, the next week he is in stripes.
cause hes a dedicated follower of fashion.
They seek him here, they seek him there,
In regent street and leicester square.
Everywhere the carnabetian army marches on,
Each one an dedicated follower of fashion.
Oh yes he is (oh yes he is), oh yes he is (oh yes he is).
His world is built round discoteques and parties.
This pleasure-seeking individual always looks his best
cause hes a dedicated follower of fashion.
Oh yes he is (oh yes he is), oh yes he is (oh yes he is).
He flits from shop to shop just like a butterfly.
In matters of the cloth he is as fickle as can be,
cause hes a dedicated follower of fashion.
Hes a dedicated follower of fashion.
Hes a dedicated follower of fashion.

Latest Drugs On The Street
sacred drugs of society
changing with cultures
throughout cultures
throughout history
cave men were stoners
rocking in religious trances
sound light colour visions
check blown pigment hands
magic mushrooms
sacred in ancient Egypt
belladonna mandrake
hashish mescaline
opium cannibus
marijuana cocaine
alkaloids in ergot
ergotamine ergonovin
lysergic acid used
in the synthesis
of hallucinogen LSD
names of lost legendary
cults soul search dedicated
to religious trance producing
hallucinogenic vision effects
drugs are release endemic
to the human condition
a truly global phenomena
I take mine as coffee not tea
drugs keep the world going
Starbucks supply a selected fix
Elizabethan coffee house fad
reborn in new world origin
enables the world to steam on
medicated generics
allow less stable
less healthy minds bodies
to stay job course
until roll out
retirement time
or redundancy

Stress
When stress gets me, I’m not alone;
It strikes almost everyone;
Be they my kith or kin or spouse,
Relatives, neighbors near my house.
When stress attacks, I’m not alone,
It affects all known / unknown;
Be they friends or strangers or foes,
In office, class-room or indoors.
When stress hooks me, I transmit it
To those around by habit;
It spares no one, however great,
Almost everyone is its bait!
When stress gets me, I avoid it
And train my mind to remain fit;
Worrying, hurrying will not suffice;
Stress is a leading, lethal vice!
When stress gets me, I ignore it,
Expecting things to ease a bit;
A certain stress is good for health;
Ov’rstress is bad as excess wealth!
When stress gets me, I’m angry;
My house-hold pets too go hungry;
My garden plants get no water;
My world gets shrunk- it does matter!
When stress gets me, I can’t sleep;
Engulfed’s my heart in sadness deep;
I must relax/ do exercise;
This is the distressing device!
