Just One More Day, Lord
oh, give me one more day. Lord
to say thank you once again
for all the wonderful blessings
of a happy family, the joy
and the inner peace you bring
give me one more day, please
to let them know that I love them very much
and how much i care for them
and think of them every moment in my life
just one more day, please
so i can hug and kiss each one of them
and tell them that life is beautiful
and God is good all the time
i sometimes don't give them
a quality time, time to bond
because of the nature of my job
and try to meet both ends
just one more day, please
to let them know that i enjoy
their company every minute of the day
They are the best thing that happened to me
Thank you, Lord..for giving me
just one more day..
Now i can be at peace..to be with You forever
