O! Life What Happened To You
In the early days
It seemed as if Life
Held all bouquets,
Garlands and bracelets
For me to offer,
It revived fragrance and perfumes
In my inner-self.
But now for the last some days,
It seems as if Life standing at distance,
Shows me empty hands,
Keeps at me Her gaze,
And laughs at me mockingly.
