Telescope
To trust your judgment
Sanguine and skeptic
And seize the esoteric
Elucidation of yourself
That you had found in
A sphere of naked honesty
And, exhume an omnipresent lie
And regress back into your chrysalis.
To defy abandonment
By entangling your strings
Like a gamine arachnid
And prance in the threads
Like a jocund circus geisha
And when you look at the audience,
More apt, their absence, fall from grace
With a shattered skull.
To look at the telescope
And muse upon the remote
Islands in the vale galaxy
That tinkers in your eyes
Extemporizing a vicarious
Understanding and acceptance
And, understand that your vision is deluded
You're at the wrong end of the telescope.
