Food For Thought
If you have been eating
those foods, you should be skipping.
It's time to change your game.
It's not really what they claim.
Your health you gain.
I do speak plain.
Pick right the oils,
then you may foil,
effects that really spoil.
Your body's health,
Which is your wealth.
There is no measure,
you should treasure.
