Breathes There A Man
Breathes there a man,
Or just a respondent
Says the survey team.
He has done good things:
Like killing!
Killing the enemy.
Like robbing!
Robbing the rich.
(Robin Hood, step aside)
And nasty things too:
Ants for the neighbor's crib
Love notes for the neighbor's wife.
That's bad, we're told:
When you mind, birds in a nest,
Always leave the young alone.
Who's this man?
Don't look at me,
Look in the mirror.
For he could be anyone,
You or me
If we choose to be!
