I give to you my only love
the stars that are shining above
the life of the rising sun
and every color in the sky
when it starts to set
I give to you every promise I made
the moon and the evening shade
roses when the dreams start to fade
so you will never forget
I give to you the summer rain
when the autumn leaves start to fall
and when winter slowly passes by
I'll be there like frost on a window payne
to keep you warm and dry
