Memories......
that linger on in shadows of thought
Dusty illusions caught in a web of desire
Pushed back
and dwarfed by darkness
With but one kiss
forever burns and ignites
these words that I write
Longings wantonly hidden
With but one kiss
Passion flames arise
with searing tears
and I was moved
Memories......
that scatter rhymes
upon the grounds of summer
Left to linger longer
Till a gentle kiss awakens
