Barefoot Cinderella
Woke up in the misty dawn
Where the birds greet with songs
Tie the golden hair with ribbon
And welcome the morning along
Deer with antlers follow her by
Under the pavilion of leaves
Branches spread like spider webs
A pleasing place to dream
Humming tunes in an amazing pitch
Attract everyone closer
Talent is valuable to judge perfection
Better than a proper glass slipper
Skip and jump merrily at times
With buckets of apple and grapes
A charming smile to dry some tears
And enjoy near ponds and lakes
Her qualities are fantastic magic
No god mother (needs / is needed) behind
Pumpkin carriages can be built
But she’s a rare beauty to find
A barefoot Cinderella…
Dashing eyes with humble glory
Pool of peace within her heart
Truly a wonderful story
