Driving drunk
Car all over the place
can not keep it on the road
but that does not matter you are only five miles from home
Off the divider, almost into a pole
back in the middle
almost home
The light turns red, but see you do not
right through the intersection never did you stop
hitting a mini van with such a great force
the people in the other car were dead instantly of course
You wake in the hospital handcuffed
to the bed
just found about the five kids and mom
that you made dead
So you lay in bed and wonder why you survived
because now you have to live with the quilt for the rest of your fucking life
