To Ride The Wind (1)
I’m saved O Lord, yet who’d have thought
Upon Your wind I’d ride
Your precious Gift that Jesus brought
Is burning deep inside
From billions! Lord, You’ve set me free
Through nought I’ve ever done
I’m grateful that a child like me
May serve Your living Son
To ride The Wind, how could I hope?
Your Spirit would abide?
But now the question’s how to cope?
With all this joy inside!
I’ve never thought like this before
Nor felt the way I do
I never knew what life was for
Until I came to You
Until my God, I saw The Light
Received Your brand new wine
I never thought in Christ I’d fight
Nor count Your Wind as mind
I felt Your glow at Jesus’ feet
Sampling there Life’s Bread
I knew The Wind, Your Healing Heat
Had raised me from the dead
Within Your hand I’ll never fail
I’ve now Your saving grace
Upon The wind I’ll surely sail
Until I’ve won the race
For you my God, are at my side
Your Flame burns bright within
Should I now fear with You as guide?
I can’t do less than win…PTO…
