Light It Up
Everybody time to light up time to gather in a circle time to divvy up you got one
Life to live- start livin it up- pull a branch from your sack lets roll one up- well i
Understand if your runnin low- but if your holdin out see you gotta go- I got no time for that
In the row row- no, no, no
One who does what he wishes is wild n free see the free man is wise and the wise man is
Free so if you ask me to hand you the key to unlock the door to lifes mystery I grant you three
Wishes so make em all count with sworn secrecy theres no dollar amount wish one would be tons
Of unlimited pounds of lof legalized chronic and infinite sounds wish two would be miles and
Miles to roam with no boarders or rules planet earth would be home wish three well thats kind
Of easy to me thered be peace, love and equality
Everybody time to light up time to gather in a circle time to divvy up you got one life to
Live- start livin it up- pull a branch from your sack lets roll one up- well I understand if
Your runnin low- but if your holdin out see you gotta go- I got no time for that in the row row-
No, no, no
Mary jane is who I dreaming of
The one I adore
And the one I love
The beautiful lady
She so so sweet
My for everlasting love

Sun-Up
(Shadows over a cradle…
fire-light craning….
A hand
throws something in the fire
and a smaller hand
runs into the flame and out again,
singed and empty….
Shadows
settling over a cradle…
two hands
and a fire.)
I
CELIA
Cherry, cherry, glowing on the hearth, bright red cherry…. When you try to pick up cherry Celia's shriek sticks in you like a pin.
When God throws hailstones you cuddle in Celia's shawl and press your feet on her belly high up like a stool. When Celia makes umbrella of her hand. Rain falls through big pink spokes of her fingers. When wind blows Celia's gown up off her legs she runs under pillars of the bank— great round pillars of the bank have on white stockings too.

Seeing Death
I see a mirror
i see a tear
i see a ton of mighty dear
running running for a sun
running running to find the one
love is pacient
love is kind
my heart is cold
your heart is mine
lost in the sun an empty soul
i will find a gun
and pull pull pull

Connected (Love & Life Poem)
We are connected to this life by many threads
Which we only notice when they are broken
Whether family, friends, work or welfare, all
Pull us apart in different dimensions in time.
You are connected to me by small pleasures
Which we only notice when we stop giving
Whether interest, intent, wish or wisdom, all
Pull us apart in different dimensions in space.
We are connected to each other for ever now
Which we only notice when we are apart again
Whether travel, trust, freedom or failure, all
Pull us apart in different dimensions in love.

Pull my strings, Oh Muse!
PULL MY STRINGS
Pull my strings oh Muse,
And my smart fingers will
Dance to your melodic tunes
Of sturdy emotional 'skills'
And appalling witty cores
Table me a choice, Oh muse
Either road I choose,
Still pull my strings
For my audience are starving;
Their tongues of praise is parched
Buy my thoughts Oh Muse
Not with a meager penny
But with inspirations so many
many than the birds that board the sky
Let’s drench their burnt tongue
And fill their empty bowel
With stacks of poetic manna;
Oceans of rhythmical wines

Marigolds
With a fork drive Nature out,
She will ever yet return;
Hedge the flowerbed all about,
Pull or stab or cut or burn,
She will ever yet return.
Look: the constant marigold
Springs again from hidden roots.
Baffled gardener, you behold
New beginnings and new shoots
Spring again from hidden roots.
Pull or stab or cut or burn,
They will ever yet return.
Gardener, cursing at the weed,
Ere you curse it further, say:
Who but you planted the seed
In my fertile heart, one day?
Ere you curse me further, say!
New beginnings and new shoots

Energy, Synergy
feel the coming of this energy
rushing like blood pushing itself
inside our veins
now blue has turned to red
and you blush
with life
fill yourself with energy
push, push, push
pull, pull, pull
work things out
for the better
hop, hop, hop
hope, hope, hope,
make things for the better
excel, compete with yourself
another greater self today
than yesterday that you

Flyleaf-Cassie(lyrics)
Flyleaf_Cassie(lyrics)
The question asked in order
To save her life or take it
The answer no to avoid death
The answer yes would make it
Make it
Do you believe in God?
Written on a bullet
Say yes to pull the trigger
Do you believe in God?
Written on a bullet
And Cassie pulled the trigger
All heads are bowed in silence
To remember her last sentence
She answered him knowing what would happen
Her last words still hanging in the air
In the air

Naked Truths
Stripping me of naked truths
The promise i desire
Working it out in my mind
Is like sleeping on barbed wire
The only thing i want, can come from you
You're my only hope, to pull me through
I'm leaving it upto you
I'm leaving it upto you
I prey to god you know what to do
Do you?
I'm walking in the dark, sleeping in sunshine
I'm forward in my thoughts
But backwards in my mind
I'm laying with a gun
And laying straight
If this wayward bullet strays
It'll kill the wait

The Vine
The ugly stump, desolate, dead
and too deep to pull, waited for my saw,
but I, lazy and pre-occupied, lingered
as winter inundated
the mud and rock desert
outside our kitchen window.
Then spring came, and all excuses spent,
I slogged out, grim executioner,
ready to cut and pull,
when I beheld green, craggy fingers praying
for just one more chance;
so putting the saw back into our messy garage,
we began the project,
raking, hoeing, cutting, digging
(hard work for a lazy man)
and soon sod to lay
and bricks to haul for the patio,
