Quotes about robust, page 11
Return To Innocense
We shatter the myths that have passed down on our heads
we awaken now and make our new beds.
We follow our hearts more with each passing day
we get out of our heads and let our hearts lead the way.
We return to the innocence of a child
who questions the world, but with a smile.
Not the sinister grin of mistrust
but the perception of things as robust.
The flowers now sing and the birds light the sky
the clouds paint a picture and the geckos cry.
The plants bow down to you as you look up at them
they are all a part of this new planetary transformation.
The veil is lifting in the cosmic scheme
we have forgotten in this timing of things.
No business as usual which will bite you in the ass
you have to set new priorities if we are to have a chance.

Tongue-Tied Tim
A loving lad, is tongue-tied Tim.
And if you already know of him,
You'll know he's neither daft or dim,
But strong of heart, and tall and slim,
With a smiling face, that's never grim,
He's certainly not taken with any whim,
But loves all those, who too, love him.
His speech is hard to understand,
But if one can, it's really grand,
To give this lad a helping hand,
When venturing across the land,
Allowed to try out what he's planned,
His vocabulary will for sure expand,
So, on his own feet he'll finally stand.
We're proud of him in every way,
He's stood out robust and brave today,
His life was one of permanent grey,
But he's done well, That I will say,

Middleton's Rouseabout
Tall and freckled and sandy,
Face of a country lout;
This was the picture of Andy,
Middleton's Rouseabout.
Type of a coming nation,
In the land of cattle and sheep,
Worked on Middleton's station,
`Pound a week and his keep.'
On Middleton's wide dominions
Plied the stockwhip and shears;
Hadn't any opinions,
Hadn't any `idears'.
Swiftly the years went over,
Liquor and drought prevailed;
Middleton went as a drover,
After his station had failed.

Beat Generation Reborn
“On the Road”, “Naked Lunch”, “Howl”
Kerouac, Ginsberg, Burroughs
In a hostile society they went afoul
Yet a nation's psyche they did furrow
Their words against oppression still live
Tyranny rampant then, still so today
A new wave of poets offer alternative
They strive to teach 'n show the way
It’s said;
“The more things change,
The more they stay the same”
True words that may sound strange
To a few who try to shift blame
Beat the drum of freedom Bards
Be fearless, move in a swift motion
Know that World needs Vanguards

You are in the process of being indoctrinated. We have not yet evolved a system of education that is not a system of indoctrination. We are sorry, but it is the best we can do. What you are being taught here is an amalgam of current prejudice and the choices of this particular culture. The slightest look at history will show how impermanent these must be. You are being taught by people who have been able to accomodate themselves to a regime of thought laid down by their predecessors. It is a self-perpetuating system. Those of you who are more robust and individual than others, will be encouraged to leave and find ways of educating yourself-educating your own judgement. Those that stay must remember, always and all the time, that they are being moulded and patterned to fit into the narrow and particular needs of this society.

Unleashed Forces
Mad waves crash with vengeance against the harbour walls,
Thrashing, lashing, driven onwards by fearsome squalls.
Frail boats glimpsed at anchor, tethered out on the sea,
Pitching and tossing savagely, close to the quay.
Their sails sorely battered by the constant wind and rain,
Each of them held firmly by a strong iron chain.
Fastened so securely to the deep ocean bed,
Until the violent mighty raging storm has fled.
Natures unleashed forces will go to any lengths,
Striking with powerful and unabated strengths,
Out of control they start to forge their way ahead,
Propelled with robust vigour causing fear and dread.
Leaving devastation behind them in their wake,
Giving such great heartache, when viewed at quiet daybreak.
Mad waves crash with vengeance against the harbour walls,
Making their own landfalls.

The Blinfold Have Been Loosened
The Magna Carta
A symbol of equity
The Magna Carta
The significance of relishing justice
To young and old
Men or women
Affluent or downtrodden
The Magna Carta
The white sculptured piece
Its eyes blinded shut
The sword wherewithal
To apportion rightly
The flicker of equity
But the blindfold have been loosened
By the shoddy wind
And the scales is off the eyes

Man’s success
Man’ success is the success with woman.
An expert teller of stories and wit;
An associate since a woman’s childhood;
One in prime youth with robust health;
One who has gained a woman’s confidence
Through games and other amusements;
A doer of what she likes or desires;
A former messenger of another lover;
A knower of her vulnerability;
One sought after by women in rank;
One secretly involved with a girl friend;
One who grew up with her in a household;
A pleasure loving next door man;
A sexy servant or an attendant;
The husband of a maid or of her girl friend;
A generous spender with resource;
Someone like a bull, brave and daring;
One who surpasses a woman’s husband
In looks, skills, status, virtues or love;
Such men get access and success with women.

I Hear America Singing
I Hear America singing, the varied carols I hear;
Those of mechanics--each one singing his, as it should be, blithe and strong;
The carpenter singing his, as he measures his plank or beam,
The mason singing his, as he makes ready for work, or leaves off work;
The boatman singing what belongs to him in his boat--the deckhand singing on the steamboat deck;
The shoemaker singing as he sits on his bench--the hatter singing as he stands;
The wood-cutter's song--the ploughboy's, on his way in the morning, or at the noon intermission, or at sundown;
The delicious singing of the mother--or of the young wife at work--or of the girl sewing or washing--Each singing what belongs to her, and to none else;
The day what belongs to the day--At night, the party of young fellows, robust, friendly,
Singing, with open mouths, their strong melodious songs.
