The theory and remedy
Time in a billion years after
Shall cease
And everything grinds to a halt,
Do you not feel the distant stars
Moving faster away from you?
Things move away rapidly
Stars explode
On the fringes of this universe
Shooting through space
Jump then to another
Universe
Before ours gets used up
The luxury of worrying
About our age
Shall now dissipate

The Astronaut's Song
Beauty is the freedom of the universe at bay,
Beauty is tranquility, which never compensates!
Freedom is, as freedom does, as freedom rings today,
The greatest sound, which space surrounds my senses I obey!
To soar beyond the distant here, I follow life’s template,
As twilight stars extend beyond this century’s domain!
O mother universe, mother universe, I cherish your array,
In which I adore your presence, more than reality’s dream!

We Live In An Old Universe Of Pain And Sadness
WE LIVE IN AN OLD UNIVERSE OF PAIN AND SADNESS
We live in an old universe of pain and sadness
With billions of deaths behind it
And many billions more to come-
Murders in tons
Cruelties beyond conception-
We live in an old universe of pain and sadness
Of life and death
In which cruelty plays its crucial part-
How much less lonely and more beautiful would our lives be
Could we only dream that all beings were only kind
And all touching of others done with love and gentleness.

Masters Of The Universe
Masters of the universe
Can you help us now?
We've gone too far again you see
and made a mess somehow.
We could not learn from past mistakes.
We closed our eyes again.
And gave our power to the ones
who speak no truth to men.
Masters of the universe
do you know our fate?
Can you let us hear your words
or will we have to wait?
We have acted just like sheep
being led around.
And now this mess that's here with us
must surely make you frown,

Briefs 5
The Universe is neither good nor bad
Tho' many think it is.
Watched, the stars appear to move-
They do not, they sit still.
Men are beset by delusion:
It all seems a necessary evil
deeming this right and that wrong-
using one's own as a measure of another's anguish.
It would be comical were't not fatal.
The Universe is neither bad nor good
But we must scramble to make it so-
That being the eternal, conflictual task of humankind
That task distinguishing us from the animals.
The Universe is neither bad nor good.
What do you think? Talk amongst yourselves.

Where Are We In This Too Large Universe?
WHERE ARE WE IN THIS TOO LARGE UNIVERSE?
Where are we in this too large universe?
Once they told us we were the center
And in our little time all History turning -
Now even Time has gone far beyond us
And our little interval
Is so so so so small
We will be gone before even the closest galaxy to ours knows it –
Once we were the meaning of it all
And now we are a question
And a transition we ourselves may make to something senselessly strange-
I want to go home
To where we were the center of the universe
And God chose us
Because we
Were God’s poem.

Two Parallel Lines
you dont need much
to pin down the whole universe
just 10 figures 1 to 0
to count them all
you dont need much
to help you digest the universe
just 26 letters to get them
to the innards of the mind
you dont need much
to prove eternity
just two parallel lines
the day you get them
to meet come tell me
you dont need much
to prove God, just
inching nails and hair
that drive the question

Dancing with the moon (IV)
Becoming your bone
Again for making you a new Adam
When you embrace my soul with your
Ribs
When I'm one of your rib
The most important one
Embracing me
For making me see your universe within
An amazing universe
The universe of a man
Hearing the symphony our hearts
Our unfinished symphony
Dancing our happiness
Spaces slipping around
Understanding that I know you from another life
Keeping within its crest
By its enormous strength of waves
Understanding our love in itself
And our ideas in themselves
Understanding that

while Jean is typing...
sometimes we want to talk to someone just to fill in the hours
but people want always to be taken special
and cannot appreciate this casual need
but no one is really special in this universe
it seems that each one is nothing but a speck
of dust
and this disappoints someone somewhere
who conceives the idea that
the universe needs him and that it would be
incomplete without him/her
we have wandered for a long time
we invent a universe
religion
we want to rationalized always our importance
i expect the truth
that after all these we are nothing
but a product only of
an evolution
without any significance at all
