Quotes about heave, page 12
To Asra
Are there two things, of all which men possess,
That are so like each other and so near,
As mutual Love seems like to Happiness?
Dear Asra, woman beyond utterance dear!
This Love which ever welling at my heart,
Now in its living fount doth heave and fall,
Now overflowing pours thro' every part
Of all my frame, and fills and changes all,
Like vernal waters springing up through snow,
This Love that seeming great beyond the power
Of growth, yet seemeth ever more to grow,
Could I transmute the whole to one rich Dower
Of Happy Life, and give it all to Thee,
Thy lot, methinks, were Heaven, thy age, Eternity!

Afternoon at Helford
A song of sorrow birds’ incant
By the Helford river trees whisper
In my ear I feel the echo of your voice
Long gone the reality of partings choice
I loved you so my soul embraces loss
Like the low slung branches bathe the rivers edge
And sigh, wind swept heave and toss
The sun shone that day in May
I followed your dancing silhouette through trees
Flecked with light and speckled river glimpses
Happy woods echo the bliss of loves energies
A river cleared space wrapped our bodies
In the suns heat and solitude woven in branches
Deep in the silent forest loves closeness felt
At your feet I adored and knelt

Teenlove
Teen love,
It's the hands in your pockets.
No way your gunna stop it.
It's the dreams during the night.
How everything just right.
It's the smell of them on your jacket.
Listen to your family and friends try to crack it.
It's the giggles in the night.
Your bestfriend always says it's right.
It's the moment when they leave.
The tears won't seem to heave.
It's every song on the radio is about him.
Every lyric makes you think about them.

Waking dream
Ooh waking dream ooh waking dream
That causes all my agony
I heave with anguish meshed with misery
For your departure like the rapture
Has taken any hope for a blissful eternity
Ooh waking dream ooh waking dream
Pawn has made its move to take the queen
A lonely king to make seven moves
To escape with pride and not to loose
Waking dream that fades away
Like a beautiful sunset that ends a day
Usher darkness into my life
With madness is how I cope at nights
Hide any weakness in murkiness
Having every answer and still I guess
Ooh waking dream ooh waking dream

Sonnet IV
Up at his attic sill the South wind came
And days of sun and storm but never peace.
Along the town's tumultuous arteries
He heard the heart-throbs of a sentient frame:
Each night the whistles in the bay, the same
Whirl of incessant wheels and clanging cars:
For smoke that half obscured, the circling stars
Burnt like his youth with but a sickly flame.
Up to his attic came the city cries --
The throes with which her iron sinews heave --
And yet forever behind prison doors
Welled in his heart and trembled in his eyes
The light that hangs on desert hills at eve
And tints the sea on solitary shores. . . .

Birds, How Can I Be..
Birds,
How can I be your mind
Dispatching mine sudden behind
Seems, heave no burdening thoughts
And no woes you to pinion in lots
Circling in the encircling space
Fluttering dancing in immense grace
Squeak and screech in immeasurable joy
Surging surfing never to cloy
Happy up there high and high
To the breadth of titanic sky
Soar, soar o'weightless hearts
Weightless I say, on your worriless hearts

Two Faced Wave
Gouge out my eyes
And fill these chambers
With your fragrant breath
Grow a garden on my ribs
And I will not heave it
Consume me, own me,
I'll pluck your petals dearly
Tether me for a moment
Make me submit to eternity
Pull the strings, spare no mercy,
Pat my head and comb my locks
This moment wouldn't last
But a lion for a moment
I will opt to become
Until you raise your sword,
Until you secrete the soul
And smite me in the chest
From where you treacherously bloomed
And I'll melt into a lamb
Head bowed, life tied

To live or not to live
SUICIDE SUICIDE IN MY BRAIN
SUICIDE IS THE WAY
I CANNOT BEAR THE PAIN
I WILL KILL MYSELF BY DRINKING POISON
FOR MY LIFE DOES NOT HAVE A REASON
SUICIDES NOT THE WAY PLEASE USE YOUR BRAIN
FROM COMMITING SUICIDE THERES NOTHING YOU WILL GAIN
PRAY TO GOD YOU WILL DISCOVER YOUR PURPOSE
FOR YOUR LIFE DOES HAVE A SPECIAL PURPOSE
YOU’LL KILL YOUR BODY NOT YOUR SOUL
IF YOU SUICIDE YOU ARE A FOOL
ONLY GOD IS THERE TO TAKE YOUR LIFE
SO PLEASE DON’T CUT YOUR WRIST
THROW AWAY THE KNIFE
ALL RIGHT THEN I HAVE MADE MY DECISION
I WAS WRONG I WAS MISTAKEN
I WILL NOT SUICIDE TO GO TO HELL

Heart On A Sleeve
Is there a place for the heart to hide?
I know that place can't be inside.
For I wear my heart right on my sleeve
and feel its sorrow, feel its heave.
The gasp and sigh in rhythm slow
is much too hollow in a rigid tempo.
It does not quicken. It does not race.
I feel as if its lost in space.
I've tried all I can to heal this heart
but I cannot mend what's torn apart.
The best I can hope for is time's release
so its continuous sigh will bring it peace.
There must be a place for the heart to hide.
And if there's not then mine will have died.
A fate worse than death will always be
the heart of a lover whose destiny
is loneliness.

Sonnet XXX: Last Fire
Love, through your spirit and mine what summer eve
Now glows with glory of all things possess'd,
Since this day's sun of rapture filled the west
And the light sweetened as the fire took leave?
Awhile now softlier let your bosom heave,
As in Love's harbour, even that loving breast,
All care takes refuge while we sink to rest,
And mutual dreams the bygone bliss retrieve.
Many the days that Winter keeps in store,
Sunless throughout, or whose brief sun-glimpses
Scarce shed the heaped snow through the naked trees,
This day at least was Summer's paramour,
Sun-coloured to the imperishable core
With sweet well-being of love and full heart's ease.
