Quotes about sandy, page 18
There Are Days 2
There are days when you wish
you could walk away
and leave the world behind.
Sit on a sandy beach
enjoying everything you see,
hoping that no one
would ever bother thee.
However, this world
has a way of catching up with you
and you find you have to turn back
to the things you do.

In Atlantic City
I have what you need!
Lower, slower, shower, flower, mower;
But, it is not too late to learn!
And, it is not too late for you to abide by the laws.
Bid, abide!
Greetings to Ethel Flint Yeboah;
Sand, sandy!
In Atlantic City;
And like a day after the storm!
But, i do thank you all for listening to me.

A Poem that Stared into My Eyes
You came
Walking across
My sandy furrows
You left...
Ever since
I move about
The scorching desert-day
Like a dehydrated leaf
Suspended on the day sky
You left...
Ever since
I struggle about
The cold desert-night
Like a fledgling
With feather scanty

A Little Bit Of Hope! !
all this time in deserts
no rain, just wind sand
undid all my dreams
I'm Sandy, moved and controlled by wind
but am no longer desert
No more than it was!
I wanted his love undid
Wanted to flourish, dried
When all was lost
I was taken by that same wind
The greenest places.
Goodbye to you, to all pains
Time to bloom!

Loveless
the lovers enter the little hut
at night the sea breeze is colder
there is no moon
they get out from the little hut
someone follows
he comes back
the lovers are gone
the wind blows
the window flaps
the door closes upon itself
another story of love
he sits on the sandy shore
self-pity sings an aria for him

Then The Tears Shall Start To Fall
Another year has ended
Summer has come for us to bask in the sun
In sandy white beaches with friends,
But I must now take leave
My time has come
Alas, the ylang-ylang trees in our garden
Without me
Shall still bloom and spread its scents
When the wind comes again
Tonight
Then the tears shall start
To fall

Upon A Rock By The Sea
another body
sits upon another body
on ecstasy
the sea rocks
upon the laps of the sandy shore
little waves of
glories
the skies watch with envy
the sun ascends
upon a joy multiplied
love, oh love,
on such a glorious morning
a kiss worshiping upon a kiss
penetrating
love's pleasures
upon such
blissful depths

The Lost Child
the lost child
i will never know
the lost child
why did you have to go
i will live with this guilt
of losing you
i will live with the guilt
of never knowing you
why couldnt i have you
for just 1 day
why couldnt i hold you
before you went away
the lost child
i will never know
the lost child
why did you have to go

Bartholomew
Bartholomew is very sweet,
From sandy hair to rosy feet.
Bartholomew is six months old,
And dearer far than pearls or gold.
Bartholomew has deep blue eyes,
Round pieces dropped from out the skies.
Bartholomew is hugged and kissed:
He loves a flower in either fist.
Bartholomew's my saucy son:
No mother has a sweeter one!

Summer Is Here
summer is here again
the sun scorches our skins
this hot summer
black crows flying low
on blue skies
hawks flying high
preying on innocent
chickens
dolphins in shallow
waters
white sandy beaches
children chasing catching
colored frisbees
curves and bulges
strolling on the beach
summer time
