Quotes about para, page 19
Tiempo, tiempo
Mediodía estancado entre relentes.
Bomba aburrida del cuartel achica
tiempo tiempo tiempo tiempo.
Era Era.
Gallos cancionan escarbando en vano.
Boca del claro día que conjuga
era era era era.
Mañana Mañana.
El reposo caliente aun de ser.
Piensa el presente guárdame para
mañana mañana mañana mañana.
Nombre Nombre.
¿Qué se llama cuanto heriza nos?
Se llama Lomismo que padece

Forget all that!
You know, I graduated with an HND, which is higher technical, para professional.
Then topped up to a science degree.
I then taught for about four years, after which I went back and trained to be a teacher proper.
After that i taught for a few years in London.
Not to mention the fact that I have a post graduate diploma in business.
No no no forget all that, forget all thaaaaat...but there's a job going on the till in Tesco's of you're up for it; how about that then?

Ars

Somos, filha, o passado
e eu estou exatamente onde
você me colocou.
Não dei um passo a frente
tentei, mas não consegui
e ficou esta marca
A minha partida
não foi de corpo
foi de alma
E a sua permanência
não demorou em lhe
cobrar!
Sinto muito! Já não estava mais perto
gostaria de voltar inteira
mas quebrou o que jamais
poderia ser quebrado

Si yo tengo que luchar

Isang Papillon
Ang Papillon ay isang
maliit na lahi ng aso
na may kakaiba,
malaki at lamuymoy na tenga
kung saan nakuha nito
ang kanyang pangalan,
ang salitang Pranses
para sa paruparo.
Isa sa mga pinakamatandang lahing
maliliit ang Papillon.
Maaari ring maging protektibo
ang mga asong ito
anumang kasapi ng pamilya,
at mabuti silang magbigay
ng alarma ngunit mapagmahal
sila sa mga taong kilala nila.
Malakas at mahilig tumakbo
o manghabol ang mga papillon,

The Jazzy Bard
Labor is a thing I do not like;
Workin's makes me want to go on strike;
Sittin' in an office on a sunny afternoon,
Thinkin o' nothin' but a ragtime tune.
'Cause I got the blues, I said I got the blues,
I got the paragraphic blues,
Been a'sittin' here since ha' pas' ten,
Bitin' a hole in my fountain pen;
Brain's all stiff in the creakin' joints,
Can't make up no wheezes on the fourteen points;
Can't think o' nothin' 'bout the end o' booze,
'Cause I got the para--, I said I got the paragraphic, I mean the column constructin' blues.

¿Qué tengo yo que mi amistad procuras?
¿Qué tengo yo que mi amistad procuras?
¿Qué interés se te sigue, Jesús mío
que a mi puerta, cubierto de rocío,
pasas las noches del invierno escuras?
¡Oh, cuánto fueron mis entrañas duras,
pues no te abrí! ¡Qué estraño desvarío
si de mi ingratitud el yelo frío
secó las llagas de tus plantas puras!
¡Cuántas veces el ángel me decía:
Alma, asómate agora a la ventana,
verás con cuánto amor llamar porfía!
¡Y cuántas, hermosura soberana:
Mañana le abriremos --respondía--,
para lo mismo responder mañana!
