No Rhyme Forsaken - Verse Rose versus Prose Curse - after Robert Frost
Two ways diverge on a virgin page
and happy not to travel both
as rhyme unraveller, briefly gauge,
look down on prose rants' spirit cage
pedestrian prose earns uncouth oath.
Discarding 'free verse' - rarely fair -
that freedom claim, formless but lame,
over prose I chose verse dainty where
few find fine lines simple, care
for 'worn out rhyme-schemes', won't play game.
Fate winks, linked fingers, beckoning, weigh
book leaves as yet un-inked in black,
one asks those self-styled bards today
if they'll be heard tomorrow. May
be - we doubt - they're on right track.
I won't be telling this with a sigh
as Time turns wheel, some ages hence

Flames
the pressure is mounting Im ready and counting
theres something Ive got to be
Im fearless I feel it scared sensless who needs this
still something Ive got to be
there is no going back this is what we know
weve come to entertain asking you to follow
weve born to self-destruct here it comes again
a desire to go down in flames
my hearts racing my legs shaking
theres more drama in the making
I had a feeling this day would come
so are we real good or just delirious
but if you stop us now it could get serious
sorry mama for what Ive become
there is no going back this is what we know
weve come to entertain asking you to follow
weve born to self-destruct here it comes again
a desire to go down in flames
you can turn it off but it never stops
madness or not Ill risk everything Ive got

Race Babbling
This world is moving much to fast
Theyre race babbling
This world is moving much to fast
The ends unravelling
Mans production
Lifes corruption
World destruct
Help me people
Save you people
Gods induction
Lifes construction
These instruct
Will save every living thing
Cant you see that
Lifes connected
You need us to live
Both we dont need you
This world is moving much to fast
Theyre race babbling
This world is moving much to fast

Disco Inferno
To my surprise, one hundred storeys high
People getting loose now, getting down on the roof
I tell ya, the folks were screaming, there was a, there was a out of control, yeah...
It was so entertaining when the boogie started to explode
I heard somebody say
(burn baby burn) disco inferno, yeah
(burn baby burn) burn that mother down, yeah
(burn baby burn) disco inferno, yeah
(burn baby burn) burn that mother down
Satisfaction, it came in a chain reaction
I couldnt get enough, so I had to self-destruct
I tell ya, I tell ya now, now...
The heat was on, it was a rising to the top
Well now, everybodys going strong, yeah thats when my spark got hot
I heard somebody say
(burn baby burn) disco inferno, yeah
(burn baby burn) burn that mother down, yeah
(burn baby burn) disco inferno, yeah
(burn baby burn) burn that mother down
Up above my head

Construction And Destruction
1.
' You're born to construct.
What you make, carve, sculpt and paint',
I'm born to destruct.
2.
The thugs have the pluck
to break the idols and tombstones
as their cult is crude.

There will be a time when loud-mouthed, incompetent people seem to be getting the best of you. When that happens, you only have to be patient and wait for them to self destruct. It never fails.

Perhaps, in retrospect, there would be little motivation even for malevolent extraterrestrials to attack the Earth; perhaps, after a preliminary survey, they might decide it is more expedient just to be patient for a little while and wait for us to self-destruct.

If Feeling a Bit Uncomfortable
To tell many of them,
They have been programmed...
To self destruct.
Would be like telling ducks,
To not accept what other ducks do.
If some waddle...
Perfect strutting like a peacock.
Or crow like a rooster.
But whatever is done,
Research identities...
If feeling a bit uncomfortable.

Once Unleashed
What are the creators of conflict,
Wars, deceit and division...
Eventually winning?
Peace?
Happiness?
Or the right to ultimately turn on themselves?
Greed is an insatiable monster...
Once unleashed!
And its own ugliness...
Will self destruct.
Everyone is not born to be...
An Ellen Or Oprah.

Bloated
Run, run, baby runaway, my charm don't fail;
Take to your heels,
I'm that tick-time bomb on self destruct;
Do not ask for promises, that I stop keeping and making.
The backpack on my shoulder has given me an akward gait,
And time keeps ticking on
Run away baby before you get struck;
Baby run before you get stuck;
Run, run, baby runaway.
